RichRelevance Named a Leader in Gartner 2019 Magic Quadrant for Personalization Engines
San Francisco & London 9th July 2019 – RichRelevance, the global leader in experience personalization and the first to deliver on hyper-personalization, has been named a ‘Leader’ in this year’s Gartner Magic Quadrant for Personalization Engines[1].
For this Magic Quadrant, Gartner evaluated 14 vendors of personalization for Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute and placed RichRelevance in the Leaders Quadrant. According to the report, “Personalization engine vendors are adapting to better meet the needs of marketing leaders. They’re focusing solutions on methods to increase customer success, deepening customer data management functionality and expanding support for personalized customer experience.”
