Award categories
- Personalisation Innovator of the Year: To recognise the retailer or brand who has shown the most forward thinking, differentiated and innovative ideas and initiatives in personalisation in 2018 driving key performance indicators, e.g. revenue, lift, loyalty, etc.
- Best Use of Data Science Work Bench: Most effective/differentiated algorithm built with the Data Science Work Bench
- Best Omnichannel Personalisation Initiative: Rewarding the retailer who has been able to make significant inroads into connecting sales channels to improve the customer experience.
- Most Visionary Experience Personalisation: Rewarding the retailer or brand who has developed the most strategic personalisation strategy with a full lifecycle personalisation roadmap to create the most personalised experience for their customers beyond basic product recommendations. Examples include: content personalisation, mobile triggers, advanced merchandising techniques, email, call center, etc.
- Excellence in Personalisation Application: recognising the retailer or brand who has shown the greatest initiative to engage in personalisation best practices, brand-focused optimisations, and/or unique testing initiatives.
