Promotes Seasoned Executives Sarath Jarugula to President & CEO, Raj Badarinath to CMO 

San Francisco, CA – May 04, 2020 RichRelevance, the global leader in Experience Personalization, today announced that as part of succession planning, Sarath Jarugula will become the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Raj Badarinath will become the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) effective immediately.

Sarath Jarugula has served prior roles of President and Chief Product Officer at RichRelevance, and already had oversight and broad responsibility for products and engineering, customer success, professional services and support. With a strong technology background of building enterprise-scale AI solutions, Sarath brings a deep understanding of customer needs working with leading companies such as Sysomos, LucidWorks, Inquira in the martech and retail industry and the ability to rapidly execute on creating innovation for our customers in these unprecedented times.

Raj Badarinath has served as Vice-President of Marketing & Ecosystems, with responsibilities for a broad swath of marketing initiatives from marketing strategy, positioning, branding and communications, alliances, cross-sells and product marketing. His background in software marketing and global communications over the last two decades with high growth companies such as Nutanix, 2Checkout, Capgemini, PeopleSoft and Infosys and deep knowledge of industry solutions will help serve our customers well as they navigate uncertain waters.
