RichRecs delivers additional revenue of more than $1.15 million to web’s premier motorcycle outfitter

The web’s premier motorcycle outfitter, ranked #197 on the Internet Retailer 500 with more than $60 million in annual online sales, replaced its existing in-house product recommendation system with RichRecs based on RichRelevance’s scalability, proven record of success, and extensive merchandiser controls. In head-to-head testing, RichRecs not only beat out Motorcycle Superstore’s existing solution but also surpassed competing SaaS-based solutions. In the short time since RichRecs has been implemented, it has already driven more than $1.15 million in additional revenue.
