MK Marsden and Amanda Berger bring proven leadership & success in building high-growth enterprise organizations

MK Marsden, a veteran of Epsilon, Acxiom and Novell, has joined as Senior Vice President of Sales Americas. Amanda Berger, who previously held leadership roles at Guidance Software and MicroStrategy, has been named Senior Vice President of Client Services.

Berger and Marsden are immediately responsible for accelerating the strategic adoption of enterprise personalization as companies strive to deliver better customer experiences at the scale of global commerce. MK Marsden, Senior Vice President of Sales Americas

Marsden brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership in retail, CPG and platform sales to the RichRelevance executive team. She has significant expertise in go-to-market approaches and global operations, as well as a proven ability to build sales and marketing organizations across IT and marketing segments. At Axciom, she spearheaded the creation of the first email personalization platform synthesizing data, business intelligence and customer experience. A serial entrepreneur, she has launched a number of companies and has served on the leadership team of several billion-dollar companies in retail and marketing technology. In her new role at RichRelevance, she will take full responsibility for sales, account management and sales engineering in the Americas.

Marsden most recently served as Head of Global Marketing and SVP of Sales Excellence Center at global marketing leader Epsilon. She previously held executive positions at Axciom and Novell.

Amanda Berger, Senior Vice President of Client Services

For the past 17 years, Berger has built and run highly successful consulting and professional services organizations focused on implementing methodologies that help customers adopt new technologies to optimize business processes. At RichRelevance, she will assume full responsibility for consulting, education and technical support organizations across the company’s nine global offices.

Berger joins RichRelevance from Guidance Software, where she significantly grew revenue and profit as Vice President of Worldwide Services. As a corporate officer at Guidance, she played a pivotal role in its transformation to an enterprise software leader. Previously, she spent nearly a decade at MicroStrategy in multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Professional Services, where she established over 200% revenue growth in three years and was instrumental in acquiring large software licenses and professional services opportunities at key Fortune 100, federal and international accounts.
