RichRelevance Appoints Michael Ni as CMO
20-year product and marketing leader brings extensive experience in commerce, enterprise technology & CRM
San Francisco, CA — September 4, 2017 — RichRelevance®, the global leader in omnichannel personalization, today announced that Michael Ni has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer. Based in San Francisco, Ni will lead RichRelevance’s Strategy, Marketing, and Partner Ecosystem initiatives, as well as build the company’s brand as it expands its offerings and broadens into new vertical markets.

Ni has more than 20 years of experience leading marketing and strategy for some of the world’s most successful enterprise technology companies, spanning software, consumer packaged goods, digital media, and eCommerce. Ni previously served as CMO of Avangate, where he helped establish Avangate’s leadership in Digital Commerce resulting in over 6X revenue growth, tripling the customer base, as well as Avangate’s Affiliate Network being named one of the world’s top 3 Digital Goods Networks.
Prior to Avangate, Ni served as VP Products at Amdocs, where he drove customer management, retail, and commerce applications. Prior, Ni has held executive positions at leading software vendors, startups, and in strategy consulting. These roles include VP of Strategy and Product at Oracle/PeopleSoft; VP of Product and Operations at venture-backed OnePage (acquired by Sybase, Inc.); as well as Marketing Strategy Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Ni received an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS from Stanford University, and a BS from MIT.
